By submitting your details below you accept that a customer has requested a return order in our store and may require a pick up (expense of pick up to be determined by outcome of reason for return code)

Use this form to place in the customer order when delivering goods to your customers.

Read the policy carefully before including the form with your delivery

This return order must be completed by a customer when returning goods and then emailed to our office for further processing of credits or payments

(depending on the outcome of the internal decision made).

If you are contacted by SosoCoGlobal Head Office of a pending return, please fill and submit the form below after you have recieved a request for return by our office quoting the authorisation code stated on your email. 

*Please include your RMA Number which = Return Authorisation number that we quote you*

It is important to include in the comments section of the form below, the carrier, date and time of pick up and any reference to a consignment of carrier number. If details are not relayed to head office a delay maybe made to payment of sale or monthly reconciliation of payments owed.
